In this class we will use the balancing principles of tai chi to soften the extremes of yang energy and harness the nurturing openness the full moon offers. Come and experience how the energetic flow of tai chi can connect you to the balanced cycles of your life. Nor prior experience required. Kids 15 and under are welcome with adult supervision.
