The following is a list of parcels owned by the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Green Bay. Parcels listed can be utilized in various ways from new development to the expansion of non-buildable lots to neighboring parcels. Please note that some parcels may have been sold or may be under planning option and are therefore no longer available at this time. All sales are taken into consideration upon submission of a concise project proposal signifying intended end use of the property. Last updated July 13, 2022.

The RDA’s Request for Proposals (RFP) process makes it simple for contractors, developers and potential homeowners alike. You can submit proposals at any time* for any of the eligible properties.
