The Wildlife Sanctuary makes a great location for a business meeting, retreat or evening event. We have rooms of different sizes to accommodate many different purposes, whether it’s a dynamic meeting with your staff/clients or an awards presentation. Your attendees can enjoy our trails during the day or the privacy of our building after hours. Our beautiful grounds are sure to invigorate your staff and impress your clients.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Which Rooms Are Available for Business Meetings and Events?

In the Nature Center, the third-floor Auditorium and the lower-level Estuary, Woodland or Wetland Rooms may be rented for meetings and other events between 7 am and 9 pm. The Auditorium seats up to 150. The Estuary Room seats up to 80. The Woodland Room seats up to 30. The Wetland Room seats up to 40. The Main Level may be rented after the building closes to the public. Call (920)391-3671 for availability.

Do We Have Access to the Hiking Trails?

Daytime rental guests may use our hiking trails between 8 am and 4:30 pm. The trails close at 4:30 pm and are not available for evening guests.

Do I Have to Use the Caterers from Your Approved List?

You can bring in food and refreshments or use a caterer from the Preferred Caterer List.

What Do the Caterers Provide and Do I Contact Them Directly?

You contact our approved caterers directly for pricing information. They will provide all food and beverages, including alcohol, for your event.

Where Are Guests Allowed to Park and How Many Spaces Are Available?

Parking is free in our parking lots. We have 120 parking spots, and during evening events, guest may also park along the entrance road.

What Time Can I Have Access to the Rooms?

We can open as early as 7 am for business meetings. Daytime meetings and events must end at 9 pm. Main Level evening events may begin after build closes to public; our curfew is 9 pm.

How May I Take a Tour and/or Book a Date for My Meeting?

All rental events are scheduled with our secretary. Please contact her directly to check for availability and rental fees at (920)391-3671.

What Forms of Payment Are Accepted?

Checks made payable to Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary and Discover, MasterCard or VISA.

Is Smoking Allowed?

No, the entire Wildlife Sanctuary, its buildings and trails are smoke-free.

Yes, our buildings and paved trails are wheelchair accessible.

FLOOR PLANS

Here are floor plans for the three floors of the Nature Center. Whole floors or individual rooms can be reserved by the public. Seating capacities and room dimensions are included in the floor plans.
